Meditative Art Class
Join us for a Meditative Art Class!
Debbie Kindschuh, founder of non-profit organization, Mandy’s Dream, will guide us through a technique known as Neurographic Art. This creative method supports nervous system regulation and reducing stress & anxiety.
Neurographic art is a therapeutic art form using mindfulness and intentionality created by psychologist Dr. Pavel Piscarev. This technique includes drawing freeform lines or ‘neuro lines’ that promote the connection between the conscious and unconscious, gaining access to the inner self. Engaging in this method creates a mindful, meditative, yet aware state through the creation of new neural connections. Join us to experience it yourself!

Sound Immersion
Greater Giving has partnered up with The Sound Spa to offer our first [free] Community Wellness Event of 2023! Noelle Robinson will lead a Sound Immersion at our office building meeting center on February 23rd from 6:00pm-7:00pm.
What’s Sound Immersion?
A sound Immersion is a deeply immersive experience that uses sound wave vibrations and frequencies to activate restorative processes within the body and reset the nervous system. It’s often described as a massage for your brain. After a single session, participants often feel more calm, relaxed, and experience improved sleep.

Audience:
This event is for anyone interested in finding a more holistic approach to improving their well-being & experiencing the benefits of Sound Immersion.
Please note: Children ages 10+ can attend. However, please keep in mind that the sound immersion includes laying still on a mat for almost an hour. Parents, please use discernment in order to not disrupt the experience of others.

Feel free to bring your own blanket, pillow and water bottle. There will be yoga mats provided to lay on. There will also be chairs available for those who are not comfortable or able to lie on the floor.
